Due to continued growth and market demand for compliant fire safety services, the company is seeking a Head of Business Development to drive national growth, build strategic partnerships, and establish a scalable sales function, along with enabling operational and commercial teams to grow with the business.
Role Overview
The Head of Business Development will lead the commercial growth strategy for the business, dealing with retained accounts, developing key client relationships and driving new opportunities across different revenue streams for construction, housing, facilities and property services sectors. This role will be responsible for identifying new markets, building strategic partnerships with various clients across estate management, consultants, main contractors, developers, housing providers, NHS trusts amongst other areas, whilst establishing a structured sales pipeline and business growth plan that supports the company’s ambitions. The successful candidate will combine industry expertise, strong commercial leadership, and a network within the fire protection market.
