Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr

Roles/Responsibilities

• Manage multiple demolition and enabling works projects from tender to handover
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and compliance on all assigned projects
• Lead and support operational teams to ensure safe, efficient delivery
• Coordinate with clients, local authorities, and internal stakeholders
• Drive project efficiency, commercial performance, and quality
• Support pre-construction and tender processes

Qualifications

• Proven background as a Contracts Manager in demolition or enabling works
• Deep technical knowledge of demolition methods and temporary works
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
• Commercially astute, with budget and contract management experience
• Valid CCDO/CSCS card, SMSTS, and Asbestos Awareness (ARCA/UKATA)
• Full UK driving licence
