Overview

Our client, a specialist in residential electronic security solutions, is looking for a Sales Surveyor to drive new business in the high-end domestic market across London and the South East. This role will be based out of Edmonton, North London, with travel across London and the South East.

Responsibilities

  • Survey and design tailored residential security solutions, including intruder, CCTV, and access control systems.
  • Develop new client relationships in affluent London and South East areas (Chelsea, Kensington, Hampstead, Highgate).
  • Liaise directly with homeowners, property developers, and architects to scope requirements.
  • Deliver clear, professional proposals and quotations in line with NSI standards.
  • Work closely with installation and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in residential security sales/surveying.
  • Knowledge of intruder, CCTV, and access control systems (fire knowledge advantageous but not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to close deals.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Salary of £45K + car allowance.
