Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of detailed mechanical cost estimates across varied construction projects
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and in-house teams during the preconstruction phase
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and documents to assess time, materials, and labor
- Identify potential risks and value engineering opportunities
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
- Enhance internal estimating procedures and toolsets

Qualifications
