About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a fully skilled Commercial Flooring Fitter with expertise in carpet and vinyl installations. The successful candidate will join a growing team working across hospitals, schools, and retail environments. This role offers competitive pay, excellent overtime opportunities, and the potential to earn up to £80,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of commercial carpet and vinyl flooring
- Subfloor preparation and vinyl-covered skirting
- Working across various commercial sites primarily in the Midlands, with some nationwide projects (overnight stays required – accommodation provided)
- Representing the company professionally while on-site
- Driving to and from job locations using a company-provided vehicle
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial carpet and vinyl flooring
- NVQ in Flooring Installation
- CSCS Blue Card
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to travel and stay away when required
