Summary

A key opportunity for an Electrical Estimator to support tendering and cost planning within a dynamic M&E contracting environment based in Dartford.

About the Client

Our client, a leading mechanical and electrical contractor, is seeking a proactive Electrical Estimator to enhance their estimating team.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Analyze tender documents and issue RFI’s where needed
  • Communicate with the supply chain and issue pricing enquiries
  • Perform take-offs aligned with industry standards
  • Evaluate subcontractor offers and incorporate optimal solutions
  • Prepare tenders and present in internal adjudications
  • Ensure timely and accurate tender submissions
  • Assist in transitioning awarded projects to operations

Qualifications

  • Apprenticeship or C&G/ONC level preferred
  • Background in M&E estimating, ideally with a contractor
  • Strong analytical and cost estimation capabilities
