Summary

Our client is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee and drive the success of live external construction projects. This role involves managing project budgets, schedules, and health & safety while ensuring high-quality results.

About the Client

Our client is a well-established construction company specializing in external installations. They are known for delivering high-quality projects with a focus on precision, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage allocated projects from sales handover to final completion.
  • Plan fabrication and installation methods to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and scope changes.
  • Ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Manage subcontractor labor and site access requirements.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow up on final payments.
  • Attend project review meetings, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Maintain daily updates in project management software (Celoxis).
  • Oversee health & safety matters related to project execution.

Qualifications

Required:

  • A-Level or equivalent education
  • CSCS Black Card certification
  • Minimum of 2 years in a project management role within construction
  • Experience with Rainscreen / facade / full envelope
  • Experience with leading projects from design to completion
  • NVQ lev 6, 7 or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience managing staff
  • Strong contractual awareness and financial knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple project budgets and timelines
