Summary
Our client is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee and drive the success of live external construction projects. This role involves managing project budgets, schedules, and health & safety while ensuring high-quality results.

Our client is a well-established construction company specializing in external installations. They are known for delivering high-quality projects with a focus on precision, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead and manage allocated projects from sales handover to final completion.
- Plan fabrication and installation methods to maximize profitability.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and scope changes.
- Ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation.
- Manage subcontractor labor and site access requirements.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow up on final payments.
- Attend project review meetings, site visits, and client meetings.
- Maintain daily updates in project management software (Celoxis).
- Oversee health & safety matters related to project execution.
Qualifications
Required:
- A-Level or equivalent education
- CSCS Black Card certification
- Minimum of 2 years in a project management role within construction
- Experience with Rainscreen / facade / full envelope
- Experience with leading projects from design to completion
- NVQ lev 6, 7 or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience managing staff
- Strong contractual awareness and financial knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple project budgets and timelines
