Roles/Responsibilities
- Coordinate site activities to meet client requirements, ensuring timely and high-quality installations
- Promote standards in safety, PPE, communication, and timekeeping among site teams
- Participate in regional team briefings and identify new growth opportunities
- Conduct site visits and safety inspections, ensuring a culture of zero-tolerance for non-conformities
- Perform regional safety testing and deliver toolbox talks
- Identify project variation opportunities and respond to client requests
- Prepare variation quotations and obtain necessary site instructions
- Support plant and equipment reconciliations on-site
- Assist in the financial management of regional projects
Qualifications
- Electrical installation qualifications and UK construction industry experience
