We are seeking an additional full time qualified 5+ Years PQE Land and Property Lawyer to join the team at our Crewkerne office. The position will involve working as one of the key lawyers within a dedicated Land and Property team. You will be a 5+ Years PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with good overall working knowledge of Property and Land Law with a residential bias.

You will be used to managing a full caseload of matters from instruction to post‐completion and working towards time recording and billing targets with little supervision and ideally have experience of supervising Trainee Lawyers and support staff. A broader knowledge of land work is highly desirable, as is knowledge of the local market and/or a connection to the area.
