Due to the retirement of one of our Family Partners, we are seeking a full time Solicitor at Partner level to join our Poole Family team, based at our modern offices in the heart of the town. The position encompasses running a full caseload of Family law matters, with a focus on high value general matrimonial and financial matrimonial cases. The role will involve supervising a small team of lawyers and support staff, therefore regular on-site attendance will be required, however there is the opportunity to work from home one day per week.

There will be a need for occasional travel locally within the role to other offices, as well as for client meetings, court hearings and to attend network events to promote the practice.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will be an experienced Solicitor who possesses extensive overall working knowledge of Family Law and particular expertise within high value financial matrimonial and general matrimonial matters. Strong working knowledge of advocacy and extensive experience of attending court hearings is essential. Candidates must also be familiar with providing guidance and supervision to junior lawyers and support staff and be confident in their ability to grow and promote the Poole Family practice.
