We are seeking an additional full time qualified 5+ Years PQE Land and Property Lawyer to join the team at our Crewkerne office. The position will involve working as one of the key lawyers within a dedicated Land and Property team.
You will be a 5+ Years PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with good overall working knowledge of Property and Land Law with a residential bias. You will be used to managing a full caseload of matters from instruction to post‑completion and working towards time recording and billing targets with little supervision. Ideally, you will have experience of supervising Trainee Lawyers and support staff.
A broader knowledge of land work is highly desirable, as is knowledge of the local market and/or a connection to the area. There are excellent opportunities for career progression for the right candidate, and applications are welcomed from those candidates seeking opportunities at Associate through to Salaried Partner level.
