We are currently seeking an additional full-time Commercial Property Lawyer to join the Land team at our Crewkerne office. This is primarily an office-based role with the potential of working from home 1 day per week following the probation/training period.
The position will involve working as one of the key lawyers within the Land and Property team managing a full caseload of commercial conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion, with minimal supervision.
Candidate Profile: You will be a 5+ years’ PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with good overall working knowledge of Commercial Property and Land Law, seeking an opportunity with clear progression towards Partnership. You should have previous experience of managing a full caseload from instruction to post-completion and will therefore be familiar with time recording and working to targets and will have experience of guiding more junior lawyers and support staff. You will also have the ability to network in order to promote the practice. There are excellent opportunities for career progression for the right candidate.
