In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by creating engaging social media content and property tours. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to step in front of the camera and bring our properties to life with their unique style and charm.
You will be one of the key faces of our lettings department, conducting viewings, building relationships with landlords and tenants, and providing a top-notch experience throughout the entire letting process. When you are in the office, there will be a chunk of admin work - you will be managing enquiries, arranging viewings, making feedback calls, and nurturing relationships with our clients both over the phone and in person.

- Create engaging social media content across multiple platforms
- Film and edit professional property tour videos on iPhone
- Develop creative marketing campaigns for our rental portfolio
- Write engaging captions and property descriptions for property listings
- Conduct professional property viewings and provide detailed feedback
- Create tenancy agreements and legal notices
- Maintain accurate records using our lettings software
- Help identify and maximise new business opportunities

Previous lettings or sales experience preferred but not essential. Local knowledge is desirable.
