Lionheart Educational Trust is seeking an exceptional and ambitious leader to join Humphrey Perkins School as Associate Principal. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding educational outcomes and making a lasting difference to the lives of young people.
Working closely with the Executive Principal and Trust Executive Team, you will play a pivotal role in leading all aspects of school improvement, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, and fostering a culture where every student can thrive.
As Associate Principal, you will provide both strategic and operational leadership across the school. You will:
- Drive school improvement through the effective use of data and evidence-informed practice.
- Lead and inspire staff to deliver exceptional teaching and learning.
- Ensure high standards of behaviour, attendance, safeguarding and student wellbeing.
- Develop and implement a shared vision that promotes excellence for all students.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Lionheart Educational Trust to enhance opportunities and outcomes for every child.
- Build strong relationships with parents, governors and the wider community.
We are looking for a motivated and highly effective leader who can demonstrate:
- A successful track record in senior leadership at Vice Principal level or above.
- Significant experience of raising standards and securing measurable improvements in student outcomes.
- The ability to inspire, challenge and motivate staff and students alike.
- Strong strategic thinking, coupled with excellent operational leadership skills.
- A commitment to inclusive education, diversity, equity and continuous improvement.
- Qualified Teacher Status and a relevant degree qualification.
