LionheartEducational Trust is seeking an exceptional and ambitious leader to joinHumphrey Perkins School as Associate Principal. This is an exciting opportunityfor an experienced senior leader who is passionate about delivering outstandingeducational outcomes and making a lasting difference to the lives of youngpeople.

Workingclosely with the Executive Principal and Trust Executive Team, you will play apivotal role in leading all aspects of school improvement, ensuring highstandards of teaching and learning, and fostering a culture where every studentcan thrive.

AsAssociate Principal, you will provide both strategic and operational leadershipacross the school. You will:

  • Driveschool improvement through the effective use of data and evidence-informedpractice.
  • Leadand inspire staff to deliver exceptional teaching and learning.
  • Ensurehigh standards of behaviour, attendance, safeguarding and studentwellbeing.
  • Developand implement a shared vision that promotes excellence for all students.
  • Workcollaboratively with colleagues across Lionheart Educational Trust toenhance opportunities and outcomes for every child.
  • Build strong relationships with parents,governors and the wider community.

Weare looking for a motivated and highly effective leader who can demonstrate:

  • Asuccessful track record in senior leadership at Vice Principal level orabove.
  • Significantexperience of raising standards and securing measurable improvements instudent outcomes.
  • Theability to inspire, challenge and motivate staff and students alike.
  • Strongstrategic thinking, coupled with excellent operational leadership skills.
  • Acommitment to inclusive education, diversity, equity and continuousimprovement.
  • Qualified Teacher Status and a relevantdegree qualification.
