We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and successful independent estate agency in Wotton-under-Edge. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional with at least 12 months’ experience in residential estate agency who is looking to progress within a high-performing and supportive team. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for generating new business, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to completion. You will play a key part in driving the success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings and deliver a high level of customer service
  • Generate and book market appraisals/valuations
  • Register applicants and match them to suitable properties
  • Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales
  • Progress sales through to completion
  • Provide regular vendor feedback
  • Support property listings and marketing
  • Manage your diary effectively to maximise opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Sales Negotiator (essential)
  • Proven track record in estate agency sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and commercially aware
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)

Working Hours

  • 5 days per week
  • Weekdays: 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • Saturdays: 9:00am – 4:00pm (with a day off in lieu)
