Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading independent agency covering the Peterborough area. The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 1 year industry experience and have the drive and hunger to succeed. As the Sales Valuer & Lister for Peterborough you will work closely with the Branch Manager and be responsible for developing and generating valuation leads, conducting market appraisals, and successfully converting these to sales listings.
Responsibilities
- A focus on generating new and repeat business and winning new property listings
- Booking and completing of property valuations with new clients
- Canvassing, touting, door knocking and leaflet dropping the local area
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Confident, professional and well presented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic and highly driven
- Ability to hit targets and manage own workload
