We are recruiting an experienced Sales Negotiator with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in residential property sales to join our Wellingborough office. This role is ideal for a results-driven negotiator with strong lead generation and closing skills who is looking to accelerate their career with a clear fast-track pathway to Valuer. This position is heavily focused on new business generation, sales progression, pipeline management, and target achievement, making it well suited to candidates with a proven background in estate agency sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through canvassing, prospecting, valuation lead generation, and follow-up
- Register, qualify, and manage buyers and vendors
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed feedback
- Negotiate offers to achieve best possible outcomes for vendors
- Manage sales pipelines using a CRM system
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and instruction targets
- Work closely with Valuers, Sales Progressors, and Branch Management
- Deliver a high level of customer service and client communication
- Maintain compliance with internal processes and industry standards
Essential Experience & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Sales Negotiator in estate agency
- Proven track record in sales, negotiations, and deal progression
- Strong lead generation and closing capability
- Confident telephone manner and face-to-face sales skills
- Target-driven mindset with commercial awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-led environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
