An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a high-performing residential lettings team in Uxbridge. You will play a key role in generating new business, supporting the day-to-day operations of the lettings function, and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants. Key Responsibilities
- Generate new lettings business and contribute to overall branch revenue
- Carry out property valuations and secure new instructions
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, converting enquiries into successful lets
- Support the Lettings Manager in overseeing team performance and daily operations
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and available stock
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant lettings legislation and regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the lettings team
Experience & Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lettings
- Current or recent experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator or similar role
- Proven track record in winning new business and achieving targets
- Strong valuation and listing experience
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- High level of customer service and communication skills
- Professional, confident, and proactive approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed
- Full UK driving licence
