An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a high-performing residential lettings team in Uxbridge. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in the current rental market, looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced and target-driven environment. You will play a key role in generating new business, supporting the day-to-day operations of the lettings function, and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new lettings business and contribute to overall branch revenue
  • Carry out property valuations and secure new instructions
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, converting enquiries into successful lets
  • Support the Lettings Manager in overseeing team performance and daily operations
  • Deliver consistently high standards of customer service
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and available stock
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant lettings legislation and regulations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Contribute to the overall success and growth of the lettings team

Experience & Skills Required

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lettings
  • Current or recent experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator or similar role
  • Proven track record in winning new business and achieving targets
  • Strong valuation and listing experience
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • High level of customer service and communication skills
  • Professional, confident, and proactive approach
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed
  • Full UK driving licence
