Key Responsibilities
Valuations & Market Appraisals
- Conduct comprehensive property valuations and market appraisals for prospective clients, providing accurate and competitive pricing recommendations based on current market conditions
- Prepare detailed property reports highlighting key features, comparable sales data, and market trends to support valuation recommendations
- Stay informed about local property market developments, competitor activity, and economic factors affecting property values
- Convert valuation appointments into new business instructions through professional presentation and persuasive communication
- Maintain a high conversion rate from valuations to signed contracts by demonstrating value and building trust with potential clients
Property Viewings & Sales Progression
