An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established and highly regarded Estate Agent based in Thame, Oxfordshire. Our client prides themselves on combining traditional estate agency values with modern technology to deliver a service that meets today’s demands while building for long-term success. This role is ideal for a confident and motivated lettings professional with a minimum of 1 year’s experience, looking to progress their career within a supportive and forward-thinking business.

The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will manage the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and maximising new and existing business opportunities
- Booking and carrying out property viewings
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face
- Working towards and achieving individual and branch targets
- Negotiating and agreeing offers between landlords and tenants
- Representing the company in a professional manner at all times
- Building strong relationships with local landlords, property owners, and investors
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a lettings or estate agency role
- Ambitious, hard-working, and target driven
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of the local property market (preferred)
- Enjoys working with the public and delivering excellent customer service
- Results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
- Holds a full, valid UK driving licence
Working Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm (1 in 3 Saturdays)
