The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be at the heart of the sales process—managing buyers and sellers, conducting viewings, and negotiating deals through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors
  • Manage enquiries and match applicants to suitable properties
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Deliver engaging, informative property tours
  • Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcome for all parties
  • Progress sales through to completion

Salary & Benefits

  • £20,000–£30,000 basic salary (DOE)
