Who We’re Looking For:
- A motivated, self-driven individual with a passion for putting clients first.
- Previous experience in a sales environment, ideally within Estate Agency (though full training will be provided from day one).
- A professional approach to work, with pride in delivering exceptional service – you’ll be the face of the company!
- Excellent listening skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- A commercially astute, results-driven mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities and successfully close deals.
- Strong communication skills, with experience in consultative selling – whether in person or over the phone.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Negotiate property sales on behalf of vendors to achieve the best possible results.
- Conduct property viewings in a professional, informative, and engaging manner.
- Manage the sales process from initial offer to completion, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is completed in compliance with property sales and lettings legislation.
- Communicate and prospect with potential clients in a professional and effective way.
