As an independent, award-winning Estate & Letting Agent, we are renowned for delivering outstanding service to Sellers, Buyers, Landlords, and Tenants. Who We’re Looking For:

  • A motivated, self-driven individual with a passion for putting clients first.
  • Previous experience in a sales environment, ideally within Estate Agency (though full training will be provided from day one).
  • A professional approach to work, with pride in delivering exceptional service – you’ll be the face of the company!
  • Excellent listening skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • A commercially astute, results-driven mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities and successfully close deals.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience in consultative selling – whether in person or over the phone.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate property sales on behalf of vendors to achieve the best possible results.
  • Conduct property viewings in a professional, informative, and engaging manner.
  • Manage the sales process from initial offer to completion, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is completed in compliance with property sales and lettings legislation.
  • Communicate and prospect with potential clients in a professional and effective way.
