Join a Growing Property Team as a Lettings & Sales Negotiator. Are you an ambitious and driven property professional looking for your next career move? We are working with a successful and forward-thinking estate agency looking for a Lettings & Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, winning business, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll play a key role in growing both the lettings and sales departments, working with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors throughout the property journey. No two days will be the same — from meeting clients in the office and conducting viewings, through to negotiating deals, winning new instructions, and helping properties come to market.

The Role

  • Welcome clients and visitors into the office with a professional and friendly approach
  • Register and qualify new applicants efficiently
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings with tenants and buyers
  • Negotiate successful lets and sales transactions
  • Progress deals from offer agreed through to completion/move-in
  • Manage paperwork and ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors throughout the process
  • Work closely with the wider lettings and sales team to achieve targets
  • Build strong relationships with existing landlords and clients to retain business
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive marketing and networking
  • Attend valuations and support the winning of new instructions
  • Represent the brand professionally and help increase the company’s local profile

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about property and enjoys working in a busy, target-driven environment. You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience within estate agency, lettings, or property sales (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent face-to-face customer service skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • A smart, well-presented, and approachable personality
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A self-motivated attitude with the desire to succeed
  • Full UK driving licence (clean licence required)
  • Flexibility to work two Saturdays per month (with a day off in lieu during the week)
