Sales Progressor – Busy, Expanding Office
Location: Royston
Salary: £25,000–£30,000 + Commission | OTE £35,000–£38,000

We’re searching for a confident, people-focused Sales Progressor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves seeing a deal through from start to finish. If you have at least 2 years of property experience, this role is perfect—especially if you’re a Sales Negotiator looking for career progression. What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the entire sales process from offer accepted to completion
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and other agents to keep chains moving smoothly
- Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate record-keeping at all times
- Proactively problem-solving to ensure delays are minimised and completions stay on track
- Providing regular updates and exceptional service to buyers and sellers
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the property sector (Ideal next step for a Sales Negotiator or similar role)
- Previous experience in sales progression is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
- A positive, honest, and trustworthy approach
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to problem-solve
Commission Package
- Commission on sales exchanges
- Mortgage referral commission
- Conveyancing referral commission (Realistic OTE: £35,000–£38,000)
Working Hours & Location
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
- Fully office-based in our Royston branch
