Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a trainee or experienced Property Manager who is looking for a rewarding and fulfilling career with a dynamic and market leading estate agent who are actively growing their portfolio !

Hours: Monday - Friday on a rota basis – 8:00 to 4:00pm / 10:00 to 6:00pm

Salary £25,000 - £30,000 (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities in this role are:

• Answering the telephone to set company standards and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner

• Meeting with clients visiting the office

• Responding to enquiries via e-mail

• Liaising with landlords and tenants to gather and provide feedback on property inspections and maintenance work

• Manage a portfolio of approx. 170 – 190 properties (after training)

• Dealing with all maintenance enquiries with landlords and tenants

• Keeping the online reporting system (FixFlo) up to date on a daily basis

• Dealing with notices from tenants

• Preparing and serving section 21 notices

• Deposit negotiations at the end of a tenancy

• Renewal negotiation between landlord and tenant

• Management inspections completed on a weekly basis (visiting each property every 3 to 4 months)

• Managing Database/CRM system (Reapit) for own portfolio of properties

• Dealing with ingoing and outgoing tenant utility bills

• Booking of safety certificates and making sure all properties meet current legislation
