We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Consultant to join our Portishead team. Covering Portishead, Clevedon, and surrounding villages, this role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse property market—from first-time homes to large country properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate New Business: Register applicants, follow up on incoming leads from our website and portals, and engage in proactive canvassing.
- Valuations & Listings: Conduct property valuations and list homes for sale with accurate and appealing marketing presentations.
- Client Engagement: Maintain regular contact with vendors, arrange and conduct property viewings, and provide feedback.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Sales Progression: Support sales from offer acceptance through to completion, liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, mortgage brokers/surveyors, and other agents.
About You
- Driven & Passionate: Strong motivation to succeed and a genuine passion for property and client success.
- Excellent Communicator: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Business Acumen: Ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities within the local property market.
- Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable using IT and adopting new technologies to streamline operations.
