We’re looking for a driven and personable New Homes Sales Consultant to support sales across a portfolio of developments in Pinner, Ealing, and the surrounding areas. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be based in our dedicated New Homes office while regularly spending time on-site, hosting viewings, supporting launch events, and guiding buyers through their journey from first enquiry to completion. Success in this role comes from building strong relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and confidently managing a pipeline of buyers across multiple developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture enquiries across all active developments, matching buyers to the most suitable schemes
- Conduct office-based appointments and accompany buyers on viewings across multiple sites
- Proactively follow up leads via phone, email, and database activity to generate viewings and reservations
- Cross-sell between developments to ensure buyers are aligned with the right opportunity
- Keep applicants informed of new releases, pricing updates, and upcoming launch events
- Support and represent developments at launch days, open house events, and marketing campaigns
- Guide buyers through the full sales journey from initial enquiry to reservation, exchange, and completion
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems, including activity logs, feedback, and reporting
- Work towards targets including viewings, reservations, exchanges, and financial services referrals
- Liaise with developer clients, providing regular updates on performance, feedback, and market activity
- Negotiate offers between buyers and developers to secure successful outcomes
- Progress sales through to exchange and completion, working closely with solicitors and brokers
- Regularly visit sites to stay up to date with product, build progress, and buyer experience
- Monitor the local market, including competitor developments, pricing, and incentives

- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
