An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a successful and ambitious estate agency in Peterborough. This role is ideally suited to a candidate with a proven track record in residential sales, including winning instructions, who is now looking to progress into a Valuer role and beyond into management. While full valuation experience is not essential, a strong desire and capability to develop into this area is critical. You will be joining a high-performing environment with a strong focus on results, customer service, and long-term career development.
Role Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors to generate repeat business and referrals
- Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and support clients throughout the sales process
- Undertake valuations and win new instructions, with support and training where required
- Manage sales progression through to completion, ensuring a high level of customer service
- Contribute to growing market share and driving branch profitability
- Work closely with in-house Mortgage & Protection Advisors to maximise cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with the Lettings team to identify and convert additional business opportunities
- Support overall team performance and contribute to a results-driven office culture
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within estate agency sales
- Demonstrable success in winning instructions and generating business
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness
- Target-driven with a consistent track record of achieving results
- Professional, personable, and confident in dealing with clients
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Full UK driving licence
Career Progression

Salary & Benefits
