About the Role

As a Property Manager, you will play a critical part in delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are managed efficiently and to the highest standards. You’ll enjoy a varied day-to-day workload and the support of an experienced, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service, meeting and exceeding team and individual standards
  • Investigate and resolve property-related queries
  • Advise landlords and tenants on suitable actions regarding property issues
  • Coordinate and liaise with contractors and third-party suppliers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Negotiate between landlords and tenants to find effective solutions
  • Work towards targets, including management upgrades
  • Support in gaining new management instructions through selected market appraisals
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance

Skills & Experience Needed

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Calm, positive approach under pressure
  • Previous customer service experience essential
  • Knowledge of HMO requirements within Oxford City (advantageous)
