Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Lettings Negotiator to join their high-performing team.
This is a busy, target-driven, client-facing role suited to someone confident managing the lettings process end-to-end and thriving in a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, delivering outstanding customer service, and upholding the company’s market-leading reputation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Marketing properties and managing a high volume of tenant enquiries
- Registering applicants and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants to achieve best outcomes
- Progressing tenancies from offer agreed through to successful move-in
- Generating and attending valuation appointments
- Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation and regulations
- Providing a consistently high standard of customer service
- Acting as a professional brand ambassador for the business
- Supporting company events and wider business initiatives
Key Requirements – Essential
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Lettings Negotiator or within Estate Agency
- Proven track record conducting viewings and negotiating deals
