Senior Valuer/Lister to drive new business and valuations in a growing property team. You will lead listing generation, nurture seller relationships, and deliver accurate valuations while supporting the Land & New Homes expansion. Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect for new business and self-generate listings/valuations
- Maintain communication with sellers and manage relationships through the sale process
- Deliver accurate and effective valuations
- Tap into existing network to drive business
- Play a key role in developing the Land & New Homes sector
Key requirements
- Estate Agency experience: 2 years (mandatory)
- Driving Licence (mandatory)
- Previous experience in the property sector
- Full driving licence
