The Role
As a Senior BDC, you’ll operate at a higher level of ownership and consistency, managing a larger pipeline and converting higher-value opportunities. You’ll still be focused on winning new landlord business, but with increased expectations around deal quality, conversion rates, and commercial decision-making. This is a step toward management-level responsibility and progression into BDM.
