- 1+ years' experience in Property Management (essential)
- A polished, professional approach and excellent self-presentation
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, motivated mindset with a desire to exceed expectations
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
- Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems
- A bright, positive personality with a great sense of humour and a 'can-do' attitude
- A clean driving licence and your own car
Key Responsibilities
- Managing your own portfolio of residential properties
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and branch teams
- Ensuring maintenance issues are resolved promptly and effectively
- Overseeing the deposit release and negotiation process
- Handling informal complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinating pre-tenancy and end-of-tenancy works
- Developing and managing relationships with trusted contractors
- Conducting regular property inspections
- Supporting other departments when needed—teamwork is key!
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6pm
