What We Are Looking For

  • 1+ years' experience in Property Management (essential)
  • A polished, professional approach and excellent self-presentation
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
  • A proactive, motivated mindset with a desire to exceed expectations
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
  • Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems
  • A bright, positive personality with a great sense of humour and a 'can-do' attitude
  • A clean driving licence and your own car

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing your own portfolio of residential properties
  • Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and branch teams
  • Ensuring maintenance issues are resolved promptly and effectively
  • Overseeing the deposit release and negotiation process
  • Handling informal complaints with professionalism and efficiency
  • Coordinating pre-tenancy and end-of-tenancy works
  • Developing and managing relationships with trusted contractors
  • Conducting regular property inspections
  • Supporting other departments when needed—teamwork is key!

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6pm
