What You’ll Be Doing
- Growing income and profit across estate agency and associated services.
- Driving activity levels, market share and operational performance.
- Personally generating fee income through strategic client work.
- Recruiting, coaching and retaining top talent across the region.
- Ensuring compliance, quality standards and best practice across all offices.
- Acting as a hands‑on leader — attending client visits, mentoring managers, and celebrating success stories.
What We’re Looking For
- A proven track record in estate agency leadership at multi‑branch level.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to grow revenue in any market.
- Inspirational leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational ability.
