The Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for landlords across London, winning new business onto one of our services. Working a mix of company-sourced leads, inbound enquiries, and your own outbound activity, you’ll build rapport, present our proposition, negotiate terms, and close agreements. You’ll also work closely with our operations team to close out tenant offers—ensuring properties let at the best possible price while protecting margins and meeting landlord expectations. There’s a clearly defined progression path into Senior BDC and beyond, giving you a clear route to increase both responsibility and earnings.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage your own landlord pipeline from first contact to signed agreement
- Work inbound leads alongside outbound prospecting to generate daily opportunities
- Review visit reports and recommend the most suitable service
- Present our proposition, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Collaborate with operations to close tenant offers at the best price
- Keep CRM and pipeline fully up to date
- Hit monthly closed and assisted deal targets
