We are looking for an experienced and driven Lettings Manager to lead our market-leading lettings department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of a thriving portfolio, drive new business, and lead a high-performing team. You’ll play a key role in both growing the portfolio and maximising revenue, while delivering an exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development, increasing portfolio size and maximising income opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end lettings process from instruction to move-in
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and external partners
- Oversee property inspections, maintenance, and legal compliance
- Ensure all records and client interactions are accurately maintained using CRM systems
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of lettings professionals
- Handle all administration, including contracts and documentation, with accuracy and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator ready to step up
- Strong track record in winning new business and growing a portfolio
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience managing or mentoring a team
- Familiarity with property software/CRM systems
Desirable: MARLA or other property-related qualifications
