A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated Property Valuer / Lister to join a high-performing team covering the North Kent region. This role is ideal for an ambitious estate agency professional who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys securing new business while delivering outstanding service. You’ll play a key role in driving listings, advising clients, and contributing to the success and growth of the branch.
What’s on Offer:
- Basic Salary: £23,000 (plus guaranteed earnings for your first 3 months)
- Realistic Earnings: £35,000–£40,000+
- Car Allowance: £2,500 or company car
- Work Pattern: 5 days a week (2 Saturdays on, 1 off)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide expert pricing and marketing advice to help clients secure the best sale price
- List properties, win instructions and maximise opportunities
- Stay up to date with local market activity and trends
- Generate new leads and drive business growth across the area
- Work closely with the branch team to match buyers to the right homes
- Support the branch by helping manage day-to-day performance and profitability
- Motivate and inspire team members, including running morning meetings when needed
