The Package

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of new build and residential conveyancing transactions, including leasehold files.
• Handle cases from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all clients.
• Conduct title checks and maintain a high standard of legal compliance and accuracy.
• Liaise effectively with clients, developers, lenders, and other third parties.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive working relationships.
• Meet personal and team targets while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to business growth through networking and relationship management.

About You

We\’re looking for a confident and experienced conveyancer who\’s passionate about providing an excellent client experience and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

You will have:

• At least 2 years\’ fee-earning experience managing your own conveyancing caseload (including leasehold work).
• Ideally 5+ years of total experience in conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of residential property law and title checking.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• A genuine desire to progress and help shape the future of the business.
• A target-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure.
