We’re looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our successful sales team in Bath. This is a great opportunity for a driven property professional who enjoys winning business, building relationships, and seeing deals through.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Proactively prospecting for new business
- Carrying out market appraisals
- Conducting property viewings
- Liaising closely with the Sales Progressor to ensure smooth transactions
Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Some Saturdays (as required)
About You
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator (senior level preferred)
- Confident, proactive, and target driven
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence preferred
