Team Leader – Mortgage & Protection Advisors
Start Date: ASAP Location: Medway City Estate Salary: £45,000 per annum | OTE: £50,000 Work Pattern: Monday–Friday, 08:30–18:00

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Team Leader to guide a team of mortgage & protection advisors and lead generators. You’ll help individuals reach their potential through coaching, training, and support, while driving the team to achieve outstanding results.
This is an established team with a track record of success, but with expansion on the horizon, we’re looking for someone who shares our vision and wants to help take the department to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team to achieve personal and business targets

Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance observations

Upskill advisors to confidently deliver the right outcomes for customers

Conduct regular business review meetings with team members

Motivate and inspire the team to achieve excellent results

Work closely with your line manager to maximise opportunities
About You

Previous sales managerial experience, ideally in financial services

Proven background in mortgage advice and sales

Ability to motivate, inspire, and build strong rapport with a team

Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

Confident, resilient, professional, and highly organised

Results-driven, ambitious, and focused on rewards and success

CEMAP1 qualified (or CAS status) with proven mortgage advisory experience
