Job Description This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Manager who is looking for a rewarding and fulfilling career with a dynamic and market leading Independent estate agent based in Northampton. Do you have: – A strong work ethic – A successful track record in your academic, professional, or personal life – A desire to grow as an individual Responsibilities in this role are: • Answering the telephone to set company standards and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner • Meeting with clients visiting the office • Responding to enquiries via e-mail • Liaising with landlords and tenants to gather and provide feedback on property inspections and maintenance work • Manage the portfolio • Dealing with all maintenance enquiries with landlords and tenants • Dealing with notices from tenants • Preparing and serving section 21 notices • Deposit negotiations at the end of a tenancy • Renewal negotiation between landlord and tenant • Management inspections completed on a weekly basis (visiting each property every 3 to 4 months) • Dealing with ingoing and outgoing tenant utility bills • Booking of safety certificates and making sure all properties meet current legislation Hours: Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
