Responsibilities include:
- Assisting to successfully present and negotiate offers and helping where necessary to progress and manage sales
- Identifying new leads and generating new business to improve performance
- Prospecting for new properties to sell, arranging viewings, or booking appointments for additional services such as mortgages and conveyancing
- Generating new business from the office and conducting viewings

- An ability to build great relationships, with a record of turning valuations into listings
- Drive and determination with plenty of pace, passion, and enthusiasm
- Ability to work hard and keep up with challenges
- Ambitious and self-motivated with the ability to work in a pressurised environment

The Package:
- Basic Salary: £23,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 3 months)
- On Target Earnings: £30,000 - £40,000
- Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
