New year, new career! £20,000 to £32,000 basic salary, dependent on experience £60,000 complete on-target earnings in your first year Retainer for the first 3 months of employment, whilst you build your pipeline Uncapped commission scheme Company Car or Car allowance Enrolment onto fully-funded training course that will earn a Level 3 Award in Property and Housing Management (including ARLA) Career progression opportunities Our new company-wide Elevate incentive program A day in the life of a Lettings Branch Manager Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings) Encourage your teams development and progression Strong focus on generating new and repeat business Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
