What you\’ll be doing:
You\’re the first point of contact. Your mission? Find potential clients, start the conversation, and book quality meetings for the business development team. Expect plenty of phone time, social channel activity, and smart research. You\’ll get support, but this role thrives on initiative.
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email and social channels
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the BDMs
- Keep CRM records updated and organised
- Share insights with sales and marketing to improve conversion

- A confident communicator who enjoys speaking to new people
- Resilient, positive and target-driven
- Great at researching and spotting opportunities
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but personality matters more
