We’re working with a fast-growing tech company about to launch a bold new chapter – and they’re looking for a Business Development Manager to take the lead. This is your chance to develop and grow a new enterprise client base with the backing of a global brand, proven SaaS solutions, and a collaborative, high-performing pre-sales team. You’ll have the freedom to shape your strategy, make your mark, and play a key role in the company’s next phase of growth. What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating and converting new business opportunities across large enterprise accounts
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers (CFOs, Heads of Finance, etc.)
- Managing full-cycle enterprise deals with support from pre-sales and internal sales
- Learning the solution offering quickly and communicating value with confidence
- Representing the brand at trade shows, webinars, and industry events
- Working remotely with occasional visits to the Derby office (around 2x/month)
What We’re Looking For
- A self-starter with a “start-up” mindset – proactive, resilient, and hungry to win
- Proven success selling SaaS or ERP solutions to enterprise-level organisations
- Confidence in lead generation, cold outreach, and complex deal negotiation
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
- Desirable: Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) or Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
Salary & Package
£75,000 base salary (Double OTE) Commission guaranteed for the first 6 months Private healthcare, remote working, wellbeing initiatives, and more.
