Overview
Humly is recruiting a Year 5 Class Teacher to join a primary school on a long-term basis. This is a full-time role starting 23 February 2026 and continuing until 17 July 2026, covering the Spring and Summer term. This role would suit an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher who is confident delivering the national curriculum and maintaining high standards of behaviour, learning, and pupil wellbeing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 national curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
- Assess, track, and report on pupil progress to support learning outcomes
- Adapt teaching to meet a range of learning needs and abilities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support whole-school priorities
- Promote pupil confidence, independence, and wellbeing
What You’ll Bring
