Are you a proactive Teaching Assistant or SEN Learning Support Assistant who is confident supporting pupils with behavioural needs? This full-time role in Preston is a strong September opportunity for someone who can provide calm, consistent support across the school day. You’ll support a Year 4 class in the morning, then provide 1:1 support for a child with behavioural needs in the afternoon. This role would suit someone resilient, patient and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

What You’ll Be Doing
- General Year 4 classroom support in the morning
- 1:1 behaviour support in the afternoon
- Helping pupils stay focused, regulated and engaged
- Supporting routines, learning and positive behaviour strategies
- Working closely with the class teacher and wider school team
You’ll Be a Good Fit If You…
- Have experience as a Teaching Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant
- Are confident supporting pupils in KS2
- Have experience supporting behavioural needs or SEMH needs
- Are calm, consistent and resilient
- Can build trust and positive relationships with children
- Have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or are willing to apply for one
- Are willing to complete Humly's safeguarding and compliance process before placement
