Humly is recruiting a Secondary Teacher QTS to join a secondary school on a long-term basis. This is a full-time role starting 23/03/2026 and continuing until 17/07/2026. This opportunity would suit a confident and engaging English specialist who can take full classroom responsibility across KS3 and KS4. You will play a key role in supporting pupil progress and delivering high-quality English lessons, with the potential for the role to extend based on school needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and delivering engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Supporting pupils’ progress in reading, writing, and analytical skills
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning environment
- Assessing, marking, and providing constructive feedback to pupils
- Contributing to the wider English department and curriculum delivery
