Duration: Temporary initially, with the potential to become temp-to-perm for the right candidate
Hours: 37 hours per week β Monday to Friday
Teaching Hours: 24 hours per week, with 13 hours paid planning and preparation time
Specialism: Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Course: City & Guilds Level 2 & Level 3, including F-Gas
Essential Requirements:
- Level 3 industry-specific qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, including F-Gas.
- Strong industry experience working with refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Level 3 Assessor qualification β essential.
- Level 5 teaching qualification is ideal, but candidates with a minimum Level 3 teaching qualification such as PTTLS may be considered.
- Level 2 English and Maths.
- Candidates from industry with strong practical experience are encouraged to apply. The college is willing to support the successful candidate to achieve the Level 3 Assessor and Level 5 teaching qualifications where required.
- Experience delivering or supporting apprenticeships would be beneficial.
